Dear Friends & Neighbors,

When I first decided to run for the 74th Assembly, my first thought was, "Could I make a difference?" The answer came quickly as I looked at the issues facing each of us in the Northland, issues I believe are the keys to improving our lives and making northern Wisconsin an even better place to live, work, recreate, raise our families and live out our days:

• Dependable jobs
• Quality education funded fairly
• Sensible stewardship of our natural resources
• Strong, thriving hometowns

I never imagined I'd have the experience I did in my first term as your Assembly Representative. The last two years have been tumultuous for Wisconsin, and for the 74th District in particular. I have done my best to represent the people of Northern Wisconsin, and I pledge to you that I will continue to listen to your concerns, represent the needs of this district, legislate cooperatively and independently, work with colleagues, and bridge differences to accomplish our best purposes as a state and region.
